About Our Guarantee

It is tough enough to get someone to come out and give you a quote. Then you are faced with deciding whom to chose, how well they will do and when will they be complete.

At Atlas Fence and Deck, we want to make it easy for you to choose us. On top of using top quality materials to construct your fence or deck, we also provide the Atlas On Time Guarantee.

Upon signing our agreement to proceed, you cause a flury of activity. Many things go into motion from material ordering and confirmation to delivery and install timing.

Do-It-Yourself Deliveries are guaranteed within 2 weeks (14 working days). If we fail to deliver your all of your product to the project site by the end of the day on the day on the 21st working day. We will deduct $50 dollars per day for each day.

Atlas Fence and Deck Installs are guaranteed within 3 weeks (21 working days). If we fail to deliver your all of your product to the project site by the end of the day on the day on the 21st working day. We will deduct $100 dollars per day for each day.

Exclusions and Clarifications:

• Acts of God and weather delays- Rain, Ice, Snow or other weather related situations will cause a one day delay, per day of weather.


• Installation Weather Delays- 1.5 days per day of weather is normal, but could depend on amount of rain or snow fall.


• Extreme cold, below 40 degrees will be handled on a case by case basis. Deliveries of Do-It-Yourself projects should not be an issue.
